| Our business hours are from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday except statutory holidays. A Purchase Order via Fax or E-mail is welcome and highly recommended. Price and current stock levels will be confirmed when you place the order. | ||

| Prices are FOB-Canbell’s Warehouse in Richmmond BC and are subject to change without any notice. We reserve the right to correct all typographical errors. | ||
| Shipping | ||
| Shipment is freight prepaid by ground
except specified. Freight and C.O.D. fee will be added to the invoice
amount. Orders may be shipped the same day if ordered before 1:00
PM or else the following working day. Claim of short shipment or mis-shipment due to our errors must be presented to us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. |

| Payment | ||
| All shipments are on C.O.D. (cash, certified check, money order, bank draft or VISA) basis. A monthly interest charge of 2% will be added to all overdue accounts. Each N.S.F.cheque charge is $20. | ||
| Credit Terms | ||
| Credit terms are offered to Approved Dealers who has established a trading history with CANBELL. Besides that, you have also been in active business for more than 2 years, with strong bank and trade references plus no history of NSF cheque. CANBELL reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit credit to any dealers at any time. | ||
| RMA | ||
| Please call or fax to request an RMA#
which is valid for 15 days after the issue date. Goods must be returned
in their original, complete, re-sellable packaging and mark RMA# clearly
visible on the outside of box.
A restocking charge of 20% and/or an administration fee may be applied towards any credit. No credits will be issued on any goods purchased over 30 days. All returns for credit to be applied to future purchases and NO refund cheques. Return shipments must be FREIGHT PREPAID. |

| Warranty | ||
| Unless specified otherwise, all products sold by CANBELL have maximum 1 year PARTS & LABOUR warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or physical damages via shipping by customer. There is no implied warranty that the products will fit any particular purpose. CANBELL will not, whether express or implied, be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products. If a product is returned as damaged or defective, but no fault is found, CANBELL reserves the right to charge a minimum "NO Fault Found" charge of $35. | ||
